Once you have reserved your home, please return to this page and click on the 'Rental Application' link to be directed to 'On-Site' to complete your application.


Please note, your home will not be reserved until you have paid your $300 'Administrative Fee' and your 'Rental Application' has been confirmed as received by the leasing team.

Before you can reserve your home, please acknowledge the following.


I agree that I am paying a $300 Administrative Fee to reserve my home for up to 14 days. I understand that this fee also serves as my Non-Refundable Administrative Fee once I move into my home. My home will be held during the approval process for a maximum of five (5) calendar days while my application is being approved. It is my responsibility to provide all additional documentation supporting my application within 5 calendar days of my application submission. In addition, I understand that once I am notified that my application is approved I have 48 hours to respond in writing that I am accepting the terms of the approval. If I fail to meet these requirements I understand that my Administrative Fee will be forfeited, the home will be released and this agreement will become null and void. Lastly, if for any reason, I cancel my application and do not move in the Administrative Fee will be forfeited, the home will be released and this agreement will become null and void. If, for any reason, I do not qualify to live at Flyway based on the screening criteria or in the event that the home held is not available by the agreed upon commencement date, the Administrative Fee will be refunded and neither Landlord nor Landlord’s Agent shall be under any further obligation.
